We went to an exhibition that highlights and displays a selection of Almarhum Sultan Ismail's photographs, Captured with great passion and the utmost sensitivity to composition and contrast. Almarhum Sultan Ismail meticulously kept negatives, colour slides, transparencies, enlargement prints and photo albums of shots he had taken since 1937. Unfortunately time did not allow him the luxury to share and enlarge prints, and today they remain privately kept in albums unshared and unknown to many.
The selection highlights his distinctive photography style and technique that combines Asian and western elements of early 20th-century Pictorialism and 30s. The interchangeability of past and present styles, of looking forward and backward at the same time, places Sultan to a transitional period in the history of photography. Throughout the exhibition, the visitors will see the priceless legacy that was left behind by the pioneer of modern photography in Malaysia.
Moving on to the photo that I liked is this..

It's a photography of train station in Ipoh. I liked the effect of black and white in this photo however you can't know how was the weather . There is only one man who is looking directly to the camera but the others are busy at back and rushing to go in and off the train.
Here are some photos for Sultan Ismail's photography..
